Why we created NextGen Academy

We learned how to serve US clients from Macedonia. Now we teach the process.

When we entered the US market in 2019, we already understood accounting. What we didn’t have was a clear explanation of the tools US firms use, how the work is organized, what clients expect, or how to earn their trust from another country.
We learned those lessons by building Books at Ease, our bookkeeping company for US businesses, and NextGen Company, which provides trained accounting talent to US accounting firms. NextGen Academy brings that experience together in a practical learning path for accountants who want to enter the same market.

Is this the right next step for you?

The online course is self-paced video in English that you work through alone. The Bootcamp is four months with us: weekly live sessions in Macedonian, your work reviewed by Tony and Ana, and a fourth month practising inside a training company built by Books at Ease, our own US bookkeeping firm. The course teaches you the work; the Bootcamp walks you through it.
No. The Bootcamp is open to complete beginners — no degree, no prior bookkeeping, no QuickBooks experience and no English test. Teaching and support are in Macedonian; the terminology and the work itself are in English.
Yes. The course is designed for people who already have an accounting or bookkeeping foundation but are new to QuickBooks Online and the US market. Prior US experience is not required.
The course assumes you understand basic accounting concepts such as debits and credits, financial statements, and reconciliations. If you are completely new to accounting, you may need foundational training first.
No. QuickBooks Online Accountant is free to open. Our free tutorial shows you how to create your account and begin exploring the platform.
The bookkeeping course focuses on performing the work. Client positioning, LinkedIn outreach, sales conversations, and follow-up are covered separately in the Find Your First US Clients workshop.
The core course contains 23 lessons and approximately 4.5 hours of material. It is self-paced, and you retain lifetime access.
No course can guarantee that. We give you the bookkeeping knowledge, practical workflow, and client acquisition process. Your result will depend on how consistently you practice and apply them.
